I am looking to buy this land. I don't know if there are any wetlands on it. The city is not aware of any. However, I like to check to see if there are any before I decide to buy this.
I would like a Wetlands biologist to go over the property and see if there are any wetlands on or next to it. I don't not need a delineation at this point. I will do that when I develop it later.
